Our Story Your Peace of Mind
From Homebuyers
We started Trust RCI because we’ve been exactly where you are, excited about a new home and trusting that everything would go smoothly and be done right. When we had our house built, we thought inspections were mainly for older homes, not new construction. We believed the builder and their subcontractors would deliver a safe, well-built home, especially since it was a new build. But it didn’t take long after moving in to learn how costly that belief was.
One of the most serious issues we faced was hidden moisture under the house that led to mold. It affected not only the home’s framing and foundation but also our health. And that was just the beginning. We realized that if we had known what to look for, or had someone truly on our side, we could have avoided a lot of stress, repairs, and financial strain.
That experience changed everything for us. It showed us just how important a thorough, honest home inspection really is, whether the home is brand new or has been lived in for years. Every property has its own story, and a good inspection helps reveal it. That lesson became the foundation for Trust RCI.
Today, we’re here to help buyers like you avoid the mistakes we made. We’re here only to give you the facts, clearly and completely, so you can make the best decision for you and your family. That’s what drives us every day.

Penny
Penny is the heart and soul of Trust RCI. She’s involved in every step of the process, from scheduling to being right there on-site during inspections. Her focus is on making sure every client receives the service they deserve, delivered with a friendly face and genuine care.

Grayson James
