We started Trust RCI because we’ve been exactly where you are, excited about a new home and trusting that everything would go smoothly and be done right. When we had our house built, we thought inspections were mainly for older homes, not new construction. We believed the builder and their subcontractors would deliver a safe, well-built home, especially since it was a new build. But it didn’t take long after moving in to learn how costly that belief was.

One of the most serious issues we faced was hidden moisture under the house that led to mold. It affected not only the home’s framing and foundation but also our health.
